A bit of luck

We know that destiny is involved in our journey, but we can't resist bringing some family luck with us to Ethiopia. Our court date is on St. Patty's day, and so we were not surprised when we realized why these items suddenly appeared while packing for our travels.

The first is a celtic style rosary, with beautiful green stones, which was Pete's grandmother. The second is a jade clover pendant that was Vivi's grandmother. The third pendent is St. Christopher, which was given to us by Vivi's mother to watch over us while we traveled in Europe for a month. We know that the special people in our lives who are no longer with us will be watching over us on this very special day, while the people still on this earth will be thinking of us and keeping positive thoughts. We are so thankful to have such wonderful family and friends!

and happiness for today and every day.”

  1. This is a sweet way to include specific family members in the process. Your luck is your preparation and determination meeting the opportunity. You have both held faithful and firm to this decision and it is now coming to pass. Only a few more days until she is yours to hold and cherish for the rest of your life.
